Já tentei entrar em contato com o suporte mas aí dizem que preciso ver na appsotore. Lá ninguém responde tambem... ta difícil

    That error message with show if your iTunes ID already has a Lightroom subscription running for another Lightroom account, and it does seem like you should sign into Lightroom with your other account to access your subscription.  I will send you a direct message to share account info more privately.
