Need a previous version of Lr mobile on my tablet (Android)

My tablet only has 2mb ram so adobe kept me at v8.2.1 which was fine -  but a security update came out and I updated to v8.2.3 and I have not been able to use Lightroom mobile since then.

Images sync fine - but - when I tap on an image, any image, I can't do anything because it's stuck "loading Smart Preview". I can't do anything in any manner with any image. It shows a little blue swirlie and as I mentioned - any image I tap - it indicates it's "loading Smart Preview".

I need the previous version "v8.2.1"
