Need Help Setting Up Lightroom on a New Laptop

I have had my lightroom/adobe account for a little while but have been unable to access it as my laptop has been having issues. Just got a new one and trying to set everything up on it. Any help will be appreciated.

Assuming you have a subscription to the Adobe Lightroom Plan that includes 'Lightroom' (the 'Cloud' version), the steps are for a PC or Mac computer-

1) Download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.

2) Log in with your subscription credentials (email & password)

3) In the Apps section of the Creative Cloud Desktop App choose to [Install] Lightroom.

4) Start Lightroom.

A different answer is required if you used Lightroom-Classic, or only the Mobile adds (iPad, iPhone, Android devices)
