New Computer

Purchased a new computer and need to install Lightroom on it. I originally purchased Lightroom 3 (on CD) and am using Version 6. I'm not really interested in going to monthly subscription so would like to keep my same set up on the new computer. What is the easiest way for me to get there. Thanks!

This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support.

It depends where you originally purchased but have your serial number to hand. Make clear you are not looking for support for an older product but need a windows download link for Lr 6.14 which was the final version.

At least you're not on Catalina. I used to have a link for a download for Lightroom 6, but it stopped working. It's difficult to find anymore because Adobe doesn't support that version. But keep watching. I'm sure someone will have a link that still works.
