New computer for lightroom

Hello everybody! Tell me how to do it better? There are two SD Samsung 870 evo 250 gb and 980 pro 1tb 4x. On which to install the system and ligtroom, on which disk to put the directories and cache. Which configuration will be more productive and correct. I store raw on a regular hdd 2 tb
