New LR update on Mac has interface graphic glitch

It seems that I can no longer expand the right side panel showing the editing tools. Interface is cut off on the right side. See my attached screen caps.

Have you updated to 6.3.1 yet? This was fixed in that version.

Yup. It is the new version that is doing this.
