New Mac profile and lost libraries in Lightroom

After an issue with my original profile, the genious guys at Apple recommended a new profile to get my system restored. They were quite right and the Mac is now up and running again with data retrieved from my back up hard drive. Unfortunatly, I now have a new copy of Lightroom, with none of the original folders, collections or images. Would anyone know how to replicate the programme before the Apple profile was changed?
