My creative cloud enterprise membership ended when I recently finished at my work place. I started a new personal CC membership but now I have lost all my images and catalogue when I signed into my Lightroom CC mobile app. How do I get this back? This just applies to the mobile app. Desktop is fine.

Sounds like your desktop app is still logged into your enterprise account, while your phone is using the new personal account. Images are stored per account, so it's logical that the old images don't appear on the phone. There is no easy way to move a library just yet (see  Any way to transfer cc libraries to a different owner? )

Because you still have access to the enterprise account on the laptop, you could do the following to at least make sure you don't lose access to the images: On the laptop, select all images, then choose 'Save To...' and save them as original onto your hard disk. That means you now have a local copy with the edits.

When that is finished, you could try this trick: Quit Lightroom CC, log out of the enterprise account (in the CC App) and then log into the personal account. Go to your Images folder and delete your Lightroom library (or move it to another folder, just to be safe). Start Lightroom CC again. It should start with a brand new empty library, which should be synced to the cloud library that your phone is now using. Import the images you just saved to the hard drive and they should sync up to the cloud and down to the phone.

It sounds like you need to pull those images off of your desktop in your new CC account, and make sure it syncs via Lightroom CC and cloud so that they'll show up in your mobile app.
