New phone app transfer

I recently purchased a new android phone and transferred my apps to it. Somehow l have lost my premium features to my mobile lightroom for mobiles. Has anyone encounted this?

I don't see an active subscription under the email you've used to sign in to the Community. Do you have any other email under which the subscription might have been registered? If yes, please share the email with me in a direct message so that I can check the details.

Thanks for sharing the email account. I've removed the email from your public reply and located your active subscription on this account. Please sign in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3HlFBV0) using the same account and check if your images have synced up to the cloud. 

 

You must use the same email account on the new device, and your images, edits, and access to premium features should be available.
