New Phone - logged into lightroom and all of my pictures and presets are gone

My phone recently broke and none of my data or pictures could be recovered. I got a new phone and logged into my lightroom mobile account and none of my pictures or presets are there. Why is this and is there any way to get them back?? HELP

Hi Isabels,

Sorry to hear that your Lightroom app data is no longer available to you after you've logged in to a new device. Apart from what selondon has suggested above:

  • Please check that you are using the same Adobe ID that you used on the older device.
  • Are you also using Lightroom app on your desktop?
  • Which version of Lightroom are you using on your Phone?

Hi Isabel,

Do you have either the Mobile Plan or Photography Plan that includes Cloud Storage, or was this the free  version of the app?
