New Phone = No presets

I have a new phone and none of my purchased pre-sets or LR photos transferred over.

Help!

Do you use the free version? If so, your presets and photos are stored locally on the device. The only way to get them onto the new phone would be to restore that new phone from a backup of the old phone.
