New photos won't import when I click import

Please answer their questions and send your system info, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate it. What operating system and version?

How are you trying to import - from camera, camera card, external drive>

What exactly happens when you try to import? Providing a screenshot is often very helpful.
