New Update; Photos not exporting to full size

Since the new 7.3 upgrade, none of my images are exporting to the file size they should be. My images are showing they range between 19-21MB in LR. As soon as they are exported they are reducing to close to 4-7mb!? I have never encountered this issue but I am not happy as I have galleries to send to clients. The only change is that Lightroom has released an upgrade in the past week.

Anyone?

What file format are the originals? And what file format are you exporting? That kind of drop would be entirely expected when going from something like raw to jpg due to a difference in bit depth and compression used.
