Nikon Z6 - Loading files to Lightroom

I've had my Nikon Z6 for over a year (and have used lightroom for about 10 years).  I am on the CC version.  With that said, I am still not able to upload my images from the XQD card (sony SD Card Reader) on my iMac (also up to date) directly to Lightroom.  As you can see with the screenprints below, I have no updates and am at a loss why this is happening.

Currently for me to load the files I have to use XQD card reader into Image Capture to get them on my computer, then Adobe DNG Converter and THEN put them in Lightroom.

Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
