No exports left. Sign-in stuck on loading screen

Question

Like the title said, it says no exports left, but it won't let me sign-in either. It's just perpetually stuck with the loading symbol no matter what I click. I already force stopped the app and cleared my cache repeatedly. I cannot export anything and it has been like this for 2 weeks now. It is Lightroom Mobile for context, if that matters. Is it a bug, or should I just delete it and reinstall again? Thank you for your help

Hey, @Chaxody25. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. We're sorry for the delay in getting to your post. I reviewed your account for the community and couldn't find an active subscription for Lightroom mobile.

Please do not reinstall the app, as you don't have an active subscription, and reinstallation might result in data loss of all locally stored images & edits.

If the issue appears repeatedly, please record a short video of your workflow and share it with us.
