No folders in Library in Lightroom Mobile App for Android

Hey, I'm missing all the folders, albums. Unable to import or open any photo. Importing new photos doesn't work. I click on icon for adding a new ones, selecting photo and then clicking "add" yet nothing happens.

 

Tried clearing cache, all data. Reinstalling. Tried older versions of the app. Nothing helps. Any assistance will be much appreciated.

    Welcome to the Lightroom Community @MikeMajewski. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

     

    The UI looks like it's a Samsung device. What specific device & version of android OS are you working on?

    You're on Wifi. Is this a personal internet network?

     

    • Try changing the wifi network or use a different mobile network via hotspot.
    • Try changing the store to install Lightroom again. If you used the Samsung Galaxy store to install it before, try the Google Play store.
