No funciona el modo ¨quitar¨

Question

Utilizo el modo quitar para corregir fondos de mis imágenes y hace unas semanas tengo problemas con él. Cada vez que intento utilizarlo, solo me deja marcar el área a corregir y luego se queda congelado.

Hey, @marke_t_ing. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Lightroom from Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Have you recently updated Lightroom or the Windows OS? Masking is integrally connected to your machine's GPU. Check if any updates are available for it & follow these steps to troubleshoot the GPU: https://adobe.ly/41DqBc6

Temporarily, try using Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/40Dz11t) and check if the remove tool works as expected. Some other features won't be available on Lightroom Web.
