No funciona versión celular android s23

Hola, mi app no esta funcionando hace varios días. No carga la biblioteca, no me deja subir fotos nuevas, se cierra inesperadamente, ya probé borrando cache y desinstalando y volviendo a instalar. Nada funciona.

Hey, @Nadia Gil Matos. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom mobile & the Android OS are you working on?

 

Have you installed Lightroom from the Samsung Galaxy store or Google Play Store?

  • Try installing Lightroom from Google Play Store & Samsung Galaxy Store to check if installation from both stores results in a crash.
  • Try keeping the device in Flight Mode & without internet when you launch Lightroom.

Try installing Lightroom from Google Play Store & Samsung Galaxy Store to
check if installation from both stores results in a crash.

Always Google play store. Actually I didn't know about the Samsung store
version. I checked and there it was asking for an update. I updated it from
the galaxy store and since then, the app shows as "Lightroom for Samsung".
It's the same app, right?.


Try keeping the device in Flight Mode & without internet when you launch
Lightroom

I tried both with or without airplane mode with the same result. It's sock
in the first "page". I attach the screenshot.
