No image thumbs image inside collections and import fails

this is how it looks inside the collection view, no image previews.

first i had this issue also in the albums view but after a cache clean and restart it showed.

funny thing is that if i click a black preview it actually shows it in edit view.

also i'm not able to import into lightroom mobile not from the app and not from other apps, just get an error "LR import failed"

any suggestions?
