No images found when importing

I have the most up to date version of LR (Cloud) Version 6.5

Running macOS Ventura version 13.4.1 on iMAC 2019 model

For quite a while I've had an issue where no photos are found when I click the Add Photos button. The message reads "No images that can be imported where found in the selected source"

My camera is connected via USB C and I have tried each of the ports. I have tried the SD card via the SD card slot but still the same issue. I also have LR to have full disk access. Not that I didn't have a problem before.

If I click Browse Computer I can locate files on my SD card but previously LR would find files automatically. Any suggestions/fixes?
