Question

No internet connection. Windows 11. Tried a lot of things. Please suggest

All my other desktop apps are able to access the internet except Lightroom. Please suggest. I don't use a VPN and I have already created an exception for Lightroom in firewall, changed DNS, used the adope fix tool, etc. Nothing seems to work.

Hey, @amanr1991. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Thanks for your effort in troubleshooting. I'll help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom are you working on? Is this machine or the internet connection managed by an IT at your work/school? 


Try these suggestions & let me know how it goes:

  • Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check if that works in the browser.
  • Use Lightroom mobile on your phone using your computer's Wi-Fi network. If this does not work, try using the mobile network & then use a Mobile hotspot on your computer & check if Lightroom works now.
