no logro importar mis fotografias

no logro importar mis fotografias, las tengo guardadas en mi almaceniamiento de la pc , y no me deja importarlas.. que debo hacer?

Could you please confirm the version of Adobe Lightroom (Help > About Lightroom) and the operating system on your computer? Are you trying to import these images directly from the camera into Lightroom? Do you have any photos stored on your computer?
