I'll need more details to help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom and operating system are you using?

What do you see when you log in at https://adobe.ly/4cRkhjW?

Where do you save all the images on an internal or external drive?

How much storage do you have in your device? 

Are you selecting the "Gallery" tab at the bottom left of the main Lightroom screen? That should reveal all the photos currently stored in the device gallery, allowing you to view them from within Lightroom.
