No puedo guardar los videos

No me permite guardar los videos editados aún cuando estoy pagando la version premium. Leí en la página que a varias personas les ha pasado. Cancelaré mi suscripción porque no tiene sentido pagar por algo que no puedo utilizar.

To help us look into this further, could you please share a few more details?What device and operating system are you using?Which version of the Lightroom app is currently installed?Also, we’ve recently launched an update — could you check if you're on the latest version, and if not, try updating the app to see if that resolves the issue?
