Thanks for confirming. From your screenshot, Lightroom is currently in single-image/detail view, and in that mode, “Select All” can remain unavailable because only one image is actively selected/focused. As Sameer pointed out, switching to Grid view should resolve the issue. After switching to Grid, close Lightroom and relaunch it.

If you have multiple monitors, try moving to a different one and check.

If this doesn’t help, try resetting Lightroom preferences by holding Shift + Alt as you immediately click the Lightroom app icon.

If it still remains unavailable even in Grid View with multiple visible photos, then please share:

• Copy & paste your full System Info here. Lightroom > Help > System Info. 

• A short screen recording showing switching to Grid View, attempting CTRL+A / Select All. The option remains greyed out
