Apologies for the delayed response. I’m hopeful that the issue has been resolved by now. If you’re still experiencing the issue, could you please share a short screen recording showing the behavior?

Also, please share your System Info from the Help menu (Help> System Info). Copy and paste the entire report here so we can review your Lightroom version and system configuration.

In the meantime, please try resetting Lightroom preferences and check if that helps.

macOS: Quit Lightroom, then press and hold Shift + Option while launching Lightroom.

Windows: Quit Lightroom, then press and hold Shift + Alt while launching Lightroom.

When prompted, confirm that you want to reset the preferences, then test the Before and After view again.

Please let us know if the issue persists after resetting the preferences.
