Noise in my RAW and CRAW Photos

Hi. Has anyone else experienced the introduction of noise in their RAW photos when using Lightroom mobile even when the photos were shot in low ISO. I've noticed that Lightroom is introducing noise to my RAW photos shot on canon R5. I've tried importing the photos in a different editing app and there the photos are crisp and no noise. What might be the problem?
