Let’s figure this out together. When you sign in with a different Adobe ID, your Lightroom cloud library won’t transfer automatically, so any photos uploaded under the previous account won’t show up. To help locate your files, could you please confirm the following:

• Did you previously use a different Adobe ID (email address) to store your photos in Lightroom?

• Are you currently signing in on your iPhone with an Apple ID, Google account, or email and password? Sometimes we unknowingly create multiple Adobe accounts by using a different sign-in method.

• If you sign back into your old account, do your images appear?

• Also, on a computer/laptop, go to https://adobe.ly/3JOlmQT and check if your files appear there. This helps confirm whether the files are still stored in the cloud and associated with a specific account.

Once we have these details, we can guide you with the next steps to recover or move your images.
