non stop syncing

i have lihghtroom on mac
on ipad, iphone, and (as all of us) web version
it syncs between all versions with minor bugs - not the same quantity of photos
in every version.
but mac app has a bug that i can not fix - it can not stop syncing.
tried to delete preferences, reinstalled app, tried older and new versions of app,
signed out many times, - no chance.
adobe support team is useless and slow.
so, may be you experienced the same problem?

How many images are syncing on the mac? Have you checked the Deleted album to see if any of the deleted images are still showing sync activity?

What are the photo counts of all 4 apps? The Web app should be regarded as the "master" (provided it is not reporting any sync errors), so how do the other apps differ?

56764 - mac app - 371 files in deleted
58807 - web app - 371 files in deleted
58807 - ipad - 371 files in deleted
58807 - iphone - 371 in deleted

no errors, just non stop syncing on mac app

Those numbers suggest that the only problem is with the desktop app, which appears to be missing over 2000 image files (and which are presumably what the app is trying to download). Is the photo count changing at all, or is it stuck at that same 56764 number?
