Not able to buy Premium

I've used Lightroom premium on my iPhone several times, but I've just been using the free version for a while now. For the last week I've been trying to buy Premium again, but it doesn't work.. I start the prosess to confirm the purchase, but the process just freezes.. I've tried deleting and downloading the app.
