Not able to cancel a subscriotion

I want to cancel my subscription of the Lightroom 1 year pack, which I pay regularly every month. After I choose the reasons why I want to cancel it, there is an issue with it and not let me to continue. Even though I'm giving an earlier request, that doesn't even show me any charge.
I'm afraid that it will not be functional in the day of the end of my subscription (4th July) and I will stay in some toll-endless circle.

I'm not using it anymore and the problem is here about 6 months or more. I try it every month and still it's a same issue.

I just want to cancel it. Please.

Contact Adobe Customer Care.
They should be able to sort it out.
Go to this link and click the chat bubble in the lower right.
Type "agent" for quicker service.

And the call part - I'm not able to call to the servise. I would prefer text correspondence.
