Not able to upload from camera roll

Help! My Lightroom app on my phone stopped allowing me to upload photos from my camera roll. It just shows a black screen and says tap to upload or swipe (won't work for either). I have deleted lots of photos too from camera roll to see if that was the issue.

I'll help you figure this out. What version of iOS & Lightroom mobile are you currently on?

 

Try this in the settings of your iPhone.

  • Go to Settings > Lightroom > Photos
  • Set 'Allow Photos Access' to 'All Photos'
  • Restart the device.
