Not Allowing Me to Add Photos from All Photos

When you have All Photos selected, and then tap on the add photos icon, having the option "From All Photos" available would make no sense because the import is setup to add to All Photos. So the option is disabled in that situation. However, if you have an album selected, then tap on the add photos icon, you should see that "From All Photos" is now available....i.e. in that specific case, it's not a method for importing new photos, it instead becomes a method for adding existing photos to one of the albums.
