Not responding after Windows update (KB5014699)

My Windows 10 computer installed update KB5014699 yesterday (06/17/2022). Now Lightroom does not launch and indicates "Not Responding", no mater how long I wait. I can launch Photoshop and Lightroom Classic without issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue / any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: My Lenovo laptop is about 5 yeears old now. It is telling my my hardware is not capable of upgrading to Win 11. But, I have never had issues running Adobe or any other apps or keeping the OS and programs up to date. After viewing advice on related topics in the Community, I went through tthe ardouos process of stripping all of the programs and files from my computer, reformatting the hard drive and restoring the OS and updating the Win 10 OS.

 

After reinstalling the LR cloud, same issue, would not launch. I then removed LRv 5.4 and reinstalled (downgraded) LR v5.3. That version launches and works. Therefore, I conclude that the latest v5.4 of Lightroom is not compatible with the latest Win 10 OS updates pushed-out by Microsoft.
