Not seeing the list of Edits in the Discover section

Just wanted to put this on the product/dev team's radar. Either there's a bug, I have something configured incorrectly, or the user didn't make their edits public (I'm not sure if that's even how that works). Either way, it's either broken or it would be great to have something there like "this user didn't make their edits public) or something so we know it's not broken.

Either way, every photo I've clicked on looks like this so I'm assuming it's a bug with my config or global so I thought I'd report.
