Not sync

Question

I've been using Lightroom on my phone (samsung) for a while now that's where I edit my photo it works to my liking however i just sign in to my new MacBook about 30mins now and I notice after the setup it stop syncing photos since 2023 aug however on my phone I got i can see all my photos up until yesterday. Can someone let me know how to fix this ?

Hey, @Sonia_Sankar3640. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

If you're certain some files are stuck in the Sync queue, we can figure that out using the Diagnostic report. Please go to Lightroom > Preferences > Account > press, hold the ALT/OPT key, and select Diagnostic Log.

Then, please share this diagnostic log with me via direct message.

As a test, drag and drop a few images into Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4a5tqFM) and check if they sync to Lightroom Desktop and Lightroom Mobile.
