Not to be able to copy paste a damn setting from one photo to another

Adobe team, i have no words to say how extremely dissapointed i am in the services you offer. Why did you increased the price for LR subscription if it works teribly? how is it possible not to be able to copy paste a damn setting from one photo to another??? i am not able to add here a screenshot because it is a person in my photo and i don't wish for everyone here to see it. but your AI does terrible work, absolutely terrible. I cannot copy paste settings to a series of photos, and if i take them one by one not all the settings selected are pasted successfully. This being said, why me and lots of other users are paying you for? Are you doing experiments on our work as photographers? do you know that because of your incompetence we have to work more than usual and you are causing delays for us delivering our gallery to our customers? Either you decrease the price to match the quality of the services you offer, or you start offering quality to match your prices. Or maybe you prefer to start losing customers.
