Number of All photos on mobile different from online

So, 
Suddenly today a lot of the photos seemed to have gone missing from my mobile devices and mac app. 
Online the All Photos - have 526 photos
On the apps the All Phots show only - 111

Both of them show synced & backed up. 

Please help! These are my business portfolio images and I just cannot lose them.
