Old LightroomCC account

I have an account that is linked to my Apple ID that is affiliated with my gmail address.

I used the same email address to buy the desktop version that also comes with the creative cloud version and Photoshop.

I've now discontinued my old subscription through my Apple account and plan just to keeep the new plan I got through the adobe website.

I want to transfer all the images and settings in LrCC to the desktop version. Is there a easy way to do this?

How do I now sync both platforms?
