On how many devices can i use Lightroom mobile for iPhone with 1 Account?

Background: My parents use one Windows Computer. There i will install Lightroom CC 1TB Abo 11,89 €. Both have an i iPhone and take lot of photos. All photos should upload automaticaly to Lightroom Cloud, so they can find them also in the Desktop Version.

I believe you mean Lightroom with 1 TB because there is no Lightroom CC anymore. There is Lightroom Classic and there is Lightroom. There is no limit to the number of devices on which you can install Lightroom Mobile as long as there is a valid subscription to Lightroom. But they all must use the same account.
