Open Image in Photoshop as PSD

I have been using the new Lightroom as opposed to Lightroom classic. In classic there is an option to change the file type created when opening a photo in photoshop from Lightroom. I cannot seem to find that option in the new (primarily online) version of lightroom. Does anyone know if a way to do this is the new version of Lightroom(not classic)?
