Os recursos premium nao funcionam

Question

Oi, estou com um problema no Lightroom Mobile no meu iPhone 11 rodando iOS 26.5. A ferramenta de Retocar AI não está funcionando corretamente. Ela processa por alguns segundos e então diz "Não foi possível encontrar áreas retocáveis", mesmo quando o rosto do sujeito está claramente visível. Este problema começou imediatamente após a atualização para o iOS 26.5.

Eu já:

Atualizei o Lightroom para a versão 11.4.0
Reinstalei o aplicativo
Reiniciei o meu iPhone
Confirmei que tenho uma assinatura Lightroom Premium ativa
Teste em Wi-Fi e celular
Testei a imagem de amostra da Adobe, que também falha com o mesmo erro

Is Remove tool the only premium tool that isn't working? Do other features work as expected? Has this started since a update?

Are you using Remove tool with Generative AI? If yes, does it work without Generative AI?

Lightroom v11.4.0 isn't the latest version of Lightroom, please update to Lightroom v11.4.10 (July 6) via the App Store and check how it goes.
