OS15.3.1 changes image look

I recently updated my Mac OS to 15.3.1, but now although my LR thumbnails appear normal, when I open an image LR shows a completely altered tone, colour and brightness. This issue is not apparent on my iPhone, Ipad or laptop running Monterey, on other photoediting software or if I export an mage to Photoshop. Any thoughts or fixes very welcome.

Can you share a screenshot of the issue you're seeing? Please include your entire workspace. Also, check out the history of the image.

Thank you CMass - I've uploaded a screen shot of the LR page with thumbnails and a screenshot of one of those thumbnails in full screen. The screenshot includes the editing history of the image - this is one I hadn't done any editing on.

Thank you for the image. It's difficult to see because the image is so small, but it seems like there are no edits on the image. What type of file is it?
