Ouvrir les RAW (Sony a7iv)

Bonjour, je n'arrives pas à ouvrir mes RAW (Sony a7iv) avec lightroom CC. Les fichiers s'ouvent sans problème avec Lightroom Classic mais pas avec CC. Je suis sur MacOS version 12.6.

Quel est la solution ?

Thank you, my lightroom desktop is not up to date, it's a 3.1 version, which explaines what the problem is.

Thanks for reaching out.

Which version of Lightroom CC are you using? Do you see any error messages? How are you trying to open it? Where are the images located?

If your images are synced, try re-installing the application.
