P: (Best Photos) Photo Ranking/Pick function is no longer available in Lightroom iPad app and Web

I remember there was a feature in Lightroom iPad app and Web to pick the best X% photos of an album. However, I cannot see this feature now. May I know if this feature is gone? Or there is a new alternatives?

    I have altered the post title to make it clearer to others. 

    The feature is no longer available. However, there are future plans to bring a version of it back.
