P: Crash on Startup (11271912)

Hey everyone, I recently upgraded to AM5 with an X3D and already disabled the Ryzen integrated graphics in the BIOS, and it didn't change anything. When I was still using AM4 without X3D, Lightroom worked, too. Every time I try to launch regular Lightroom, I get an error message without even being able to click anything in the program. Every other program, however, works without issues. Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Encoder, and all other applications work, but Lightroom doesn't. Please help. (the latest drivers for all of them are installed)

Greetings all,

Engineering has reviewed this crash and determined it is video driver-dependant.

A new studio driver was released on 9.10 and should resolve this issue. Can you verify that you've installed the Studio driver from that date and advise us if you are still experiencing the crash?

Thanks!

Hi, thanks for reaching out!

Did you reinstall the applications after upgrading the platform? If not, try removing Lightroom using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and reinstalling it to check if that makes a difference.

Check out the steps to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool here: https://adobe.ly/3VzRGZS

Let us know how it goes!
Thanks,
Nikunj

Thank you for the quick reply. It's true that I didn't re-download it because I didn't change my hard drives. However, all other Adobe programs work, and I just followed your advice and uninstalled all programs, including Creative Cloud, and reinstalled it. Unfortunately, it didn't work. The program still crashes without me being able to do anything.
