P: Crash (videotool_kit) ( 8495232)

I have been trying to figure this out now for a few weeks, lightroom keeps crashing on my computer it worked just fine before and now it will work for a short time, like 1 minute, and then a window will pop up to have me send a crash report. I have sent it and done the don't send, I have updated the program, uninstalled and reinstalled and I get nothing. It happens no matter what button I push.
