Search is a premium feature that paid users can access at the top of the Lightroom tab.

Free users will see this tab labeled "Edits" and Search is shown but is restricted to subscribers.

At this time, Search is a paid, premium feature that relies on your photos to be sync to Lightroom cloud storage.
