P: iPad cannot install 10.2.x version of Lightroom Mobile (requires iPadOS 17.0)

I want to download "lightrooom for my ipad" for ipadOS

But I can't install it because they require version 17.0 but I use the old version of ipad.

The thing worth mentioning here is that my light mobile version is not working, because they asked me to download the lightroom version for ipad.

What should I do in this case?

    Older hardware that cannot update to version iOS 17.0 or later will not be able to install the February 2025 (and later) versions of the software. Those devices will be limited to 10.1.x or earlier.

    I have a first generation 12.9in iPad Pro that I use occasionally, running iPadOS 16.3.1. Lightroom version is 9.2.1 and the App Store is not updating it to v10. Should I be able to update? From what I can see it only requires iPadOS 15
