P: Lightroom (Web) AI masking not detecting subject/people/background

Lightroom web version has suddenly stopped recognizing subjects and people for AI masking.  When using one-click for quick selection and adjustments, only whole image presets come up.  When trying to select the mask or using presets, nothing is selected/changes.  I've restarted Chrome, restarted my PC, made sure Chrome and all GPU drivers are up to date, etc.  Was working fine on one image then not the next.  These are all JPEG files.  Any ideas?

    I also have this same problem.  AI masking has suddenly stopped for people, subjects and objects. (possibly about the time of the latest update?)   The only AI mask that seems to work ok is Sky detection.  Everything still works fine on Lightroom mobile, but not on my laptop - in Lightroom CC or Classic.  I have had a brand new up to date high spec laptop since March, bought especially for this software, and everything has been fine until earlier this month.  Could you tell me what I can do to restore this please?

    I am currently having this same issue. The phone and web applications work but the program on my computer always says that there is no subject to identify.

    This thread is about a Lightroom Web issue that’s already been resolved, and it looks like your problem is with the desktop app. Could you please create a new thread and include details like the Lightroom numbered version you’re using and any screenshots?
